We collect account information you provide — such as your name, email, and billing details — when you create a SiteVo account. We also collect site analytics for the websites you build through SiteVo, including traffic, technical SEO scores, and performance metrics shown on your dashboard.
Google integration data. If you choose to connect your Google account, SiteVo accesses the following, and nothing else:
We request no other Google permissions. We do not access your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or profile beyond what is listed above.
We use the information we collect to provide and improve the service, including building and publishing your sites, running the AI growth agents, displaying your dashboard, processing payments, and providing support.
We use Google Search Console and Google Analytics data solely to research, rank, and grow the sites in your SiteVo account and to display them on your dashboard. We do not sell your personal information or your Google data, and we do not use it for advertising or transfer it to advertisers or data brokers.
Any automated or AI processing of your Google data is performed only to provide these user-facing features. Google user data is never used to develop, improve, or train any generalized AI or machine-learning model, and it is never shared with any third-party AI service for the purpose of training that service's models.
SiteVo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your data, including Google OAuth tokens, is stored on secure, access-controlled infrastructure and is encrypted in transit and at rest. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.
We retain your Google data for as long as your Google connection remains active and your account is in use. You can disconnect any Google connection at any time from the SEO tab of your dashboard, which deletes the stored access tokens for that connection. You may also request deletion of your account and all associated Google data by contacting us at the address below, and you can revoke SiteVo's access directly from your Google Account security settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions. On disconnection or account deletion we revoke the tokens and delete the associated Google data within 30 days.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the product is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
We rely on trusted third-party providers for hosting, payment processing, and analytics, each of which processes data only as needed to support SiteVo and under its own privacy terms. We do not transfer or sell raw or aggregated Google user data to third parties for any purpose other than providing or improving SiteVo's user-facing features. Where AI providers help generate SEO recommendations, they process your Google data only to return results to you and do not use it to train their models.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To make a request, contact us at the address below and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
