You must be able to form a binding contract to use SiteVo and are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate account information.
You agree not to use SiteVo to build or promote unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content, to abuse the platform or its infrastructure, or to violate the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
You own the websites you create with SiteVo and the content you publish through them, subject to the licensing terms of your plan. You are responsible for the content and lawful use of every site you build.
If you enable a contact or enquiry form on a SiteVo site, we process visitor submissions on your behalf so they can be delivered to your designated email address and retained as a copy in your account. You remain responsible for that enquiry data: you choose the fields, you decide how you use the leads, and you must make sure visitors are told how their information will be used (for example on your site's own privacy notice).
How we collect, store, email, retain, and delete enquiry submissions, including the providers we use to do so, is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may apply automated abuse protections, including spam honeypots, rate-limiting, and server-side validation. We do not guarantee that every submission will be delivered or that every abusive submission will be blocked.
The Starter plan grants a personal, license to build up to the included number of sites for your own use.
The Pro (Unlimited) plan adds white-label use and full commercial & reseller rights, allowing you to rent or sell the sites you build to local businesses, subject to these terms.
