You must be able to form a binding contract to use SiteVo and are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate account information.
You agree not to use SiteVo to build or promote unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content, to abuse the platform or its infrastructure, or to violate the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
You own the websites you create with SiteVo and the content you publish through them, subject to the licensing terms of your plan. You are responsible for the content and lawful use of every site you build.
The Starter plan grants a personal, lifetime license to build up to the included number of sites for your own use.
The Pro (Unlimited) plan adds white-label use and full commercial & reseller rights, allowing you to rent or sell the sites you build to local businesses, subject to these terms.
Plans are billed as a one-time payment. SiteVo is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you're not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, contact support for a full refund.
SiteVo automates building and ongoing SEO, but search rankings depend on many factors outside our control. The service is provided "as is," without warranties of specific ranking results or traffic outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteVo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
